These will work with the newer hard drive caddies that require a very, very thin countersink head. We had these custom made to make sure that they would meet the requirements of most if not all servers.
The 6-32 diameter is used in 3.5" hard drives - desktop size.
If you need screws for 2.5" drives (laptop size), try item #10382.
If your drive tray does not have an indentation for a countersink try item #10222
