These will work with the newer hard drive caddies that have very small shallow countersink recesses that require very thin head screws. We had these custom made to make sure that they would meet the requirements of most if not all servers. We have feedback from customers indicating that they work well with Supermicro brand.
The 6-32 diameter is used in 3.5" hard drives - desktop size.
If you need screws for 2.5" drives (laptop size), try item #10382.
